We have a NO REFUND POLICY! THESE ARE CUSTOM ITEMS.
WE HAVE NO RETURN POLICY ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS (SUCH AS SPECIAL ORDERS OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS)AFTER PURCHASED ITEMS ARE PRINTED AND SHIPPED, WHICH MEANS CUSTOMER MUST INSPECT THE FINAL DESIGN THAT IS SENT VIA EMAIL BEFORE MOVING FORWARD AND PRINTING THE ACTUAL DESIGN FOR TRANSFER ONTO THE PRODUCT.
IF IT IS DECIDED THAT THE FINAL DESIGN ISN'T WANTED THEN A CHARGE OF $25 WILL BE CHARGED TO CUSTOMER.
IF FOR ANY REASON AN ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, PLEASE SEND PICS OF THE DAMAGE TO support@primashkdesigns.com. DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED AND A REPLACEMENT WILL BE EXPEDITED AND SHIPPED BACK OUT TO YOU.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGED ITEMS BACK AND WE WILL HANDLE THE SHIPPING OF NEW ITEMS.
DAMAGES ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING. ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 5 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND AS SUCH ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!
