Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Primashk Custom Designs.
Shipping Methods: USPS, UPS, STANDARD & EXPRESS
Custom Items are shipped from China via Standard or Express Shipping. Standard Ship Time is usually 2-3 weeks. Can be longer during peak season.
T-shirts and Tumblers are shipped from the USA via USPS /UPS. Standard Shipping Time is usually 5-7 days.
Please note that a shipment will be split if there is an order combination of T-shirt/Tumblers and Custom Items. The two rates will be combined to reflect one shipping charge at checkout. However, the orders will be shipped separately.
It's important to note that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is printed and ready to be shipped an email with tracking information will be sent.
Custom orders are processed within 14 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders processing times may vary/be longer depending on your order size.
If an order is shipped from Primashk Custom Designs to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. Primashk Custom Designs WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Primashk Custom Designs WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Primashk Custom Designs IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the Shipment Carrier or your local law enforcement.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We also ship within the Bahamas on special items. Fees may apply.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 5-7 for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at primashkdesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient's telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
